 Verified  Dr. Michael Staub is amazing!!! He has helped me tremendously with my low back pain. He is very thorough - did initial X-rays & explained why I was having pain. 
He has state of the art "drop tables" that also serve as traction to my compressed lower spine. Additionally, he has used acupuncture needles into the muscle spasms to decrease my pain and tightness. I definitely recommend him!

 Verified  I've been going to The Bone and Joint   Wellness Center for a couple months now and my back has not felt this good in years.  After years of shots and not so good chiropractors I have finally found the answer. Dr. Staub and his fellow chiropractor Brian have changed my life. Dr. Staub set me up with a treatment plan and within a month my back was relaxed and feeling much better.  Verified  I was in the market for a chiropractor when I started dealing with a lot of neck and lower back pain. I'm apart of a small Facebook group that recommends different services throughout the valley and multiple people recommended Dr. Staub for chiropractic care. 

Dr. Staub did my evaluation, which included an x ray of my spine. He explained each portion of the evaluation throughly and we came up with a treatment plan. 

Something I really appreciated was the emphasis on the work I could do outside of the chiropractors office to improve my spine health. Factors like the type of pillow I was sleeping on and how my desk was set up at work were contributing to my neck pain. I was also sent home with stretches to do at home.

Since then I have been adjusted by Dr. Staub but mostly by Dr. Brian! I have made a lot of progress and I no longer have debilitating neck pain everyday!

I wasn't even aware of the extent of my alignment issues until visiting them, and I've noticed a significant improvement since starting treatments.  Verified  Dr. Staub and his team are amazing! I couldn't recommend him higher! I wish I came to see Dr. Staub 10 years ago. The front office is very friendly and inviting, and Emily and team offer flexible options to work with my schedule for weekly appointments - really helpful for working professionals. Dr. Brian customizes his adjustments for every visit depending on what troubles me that day - with a great attitude and friendly banter. Dr. Staub has a no-nonsense realistic approach to the plan of care for any back problems. If you put in the work together with the office visits, you will get better. I appreciated his detailed scientific explanations of how spine works in my situation and how the healing process will progress. Over the last two months I am seeing incredible results, going from barely able to get up from the floor to cycling on my stationary bike like I used to before my injury!
