Dosage: Infants 0-24 months take 3 drops under the tongue. Children 2-7 take 6 drops under the tongue. Children 7-12 take 9 drops under the tongue and Adults 12+ take 12-15 drops under the tongue 4-6 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
